Very nice designed app to keep exercising organized. No needs to carry a notebook anymore.
You will save time and focus more on the series. Wearing the watch makes much easier to keep track and also resting times. The best gym app I ever used.
Its so easy to add in an exercise and save the routine so you can do it later. Although you have to pay $1.99 for unlimited saved routines. So far its my favorite workout app!
I havent even downloaded it yet and Im giving it 5 stars just for being EXACTLY what I need in an app; something with a simple interface and an Apple Watch component. Brining that old paper journal out with me to log my workouts is now a thing of the complete past. Whoever made this, thank you.
Very user friendly and keeps me on track with my fitness goals.
A bit hard to navigate at first, but it is now an essential tool for me. Might I suggest, however, 2 adjustments? 1) Please fix the bug that resets my set count whenever I lock my phone. I noticed it does that when the app is both running in background (not foreground) and my screen autolocks. 2) The stats graphs do not correctly space data on the timeline. Please fix your X axis. My weight from February should not be equidistant from my weights in May if I never recorded one in April. It makes it look like I lost a crazy amount of weight in one day. Thank you!

Some bad moments

Downloaded this app and paid for premium, specifically to use with my Apple Watch. It never once synced my workouts to my watch and continued to say "Syncing" but never actually did. Waste of money. I have even contacted support, but have not received a response. Please do NOT purchase this app!
My problem with this app is not its design, but the fact that it doesnt work well on the watch. I like having my strength training workout on my wrist at the gym so I can be reminded of reps and weights and can make changes as I progress without hauling my phone around during the workout. Unfortunately this app repeatedly fails to synch the watch with the phone to load the days workout. I do this in the locker room so it is not an issue of being out of range. It is usually fixed by reinstalling the app on my watch, but it doesnt stay fixed for long. Ive given up using it on my watch.
Today was my second day trying to use this app. For the second day in a row the watch app froze up in the middle of my workout and I had to finish without it. It is now over an hour later and the watch app is still frozen. Im getting ready to remove it and try something else.
Please fix the logic. If you remove a workout it still includes it in total reps.
Great app forsure, but you can only save 2 workouts. Simply looking for a workout tracker. Wish I did not waste my time saving my 2 workouts. I simply deleted after it prompted me to pay to be able to save more.
You can only save 2 workouts before you need to pay...why even offer a free version? Its basically just a fancy notepad
