Im a simple workout guy. I go to the gym, mostly do the same workout although it evolves over time. This app is great for tracking and reporting so I know when to up the weight a bit. One tiny complaint, the fonts are a bit thin and light. Makes it hard to read when I dont have my glasses. Not all iPhone users are 20-30 somethings.
