I am a gym rat... I workout about 1 to 1.5 hours five days a week. With that said, I have given this app every opportunity to make up for its lack luster performance. Even when used with the Apple Watch, its even worse. Constant freezing, losing my logs/data/records. The phone has to be open to the app on order for the timer to work, if not, you will not get a notification. Half the time didnt even work with my watch.
New update same terrible results. Gave up on this app.
